There were many letters sent to public DACs referencing non-public schools.  If a public DAC calls asking about a non-public school, they do not need to take any action.  Each outstanding non-public school was notified separately.


MDE sent the following email this afternoon...

From:     Michigan Department of Education

About:   Manage Participation Process


You were recently copied on a communication from ACT referencing an email that was distributed on November 5, 2018 concerning the Manage Participation process. If the email referenced a non-public school, no action is required by you. All public schools that are part of your district must complete Manage Participation by November 30, 2018.
